2. Taproom Policies & Customer Conduct
Bike Rack Brewing Co. strives to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and relaxed environment for all guests.
By visiting our taproom, you agree to:

Refrain from disruptive, aggressive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave the premises for inappropriate conduct, intoxication, or failure to comply with our policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
3. Age Restrictions & Alcohol Purchases
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
Valid government-issued photo identification is required upon request. We strictly comply with all Arkansas alcohol laws and reserve the right to refuse service if proper ID is not provided or if service would be unsafe or unlawful.
4. Responsible Alcohol Consumption
By consuming alcohol at Bike Rack Brewing Co., you acknowledge and agree that:
Alcohol affects individuals differently
You are solely responsible for monitoring your own consumption
You will not drive or operate machinery while impaired
We reserve the right to limit or refuse alcohol service at our discretion in the interest of guest safety and legal compliance.
5. Online Ordering & Curbside Pickup
Online ordering and curbside pickup may be offered on a limited basis and are subject to availability.
By placing an online order, you agree that:
Orders must be picked up during designated pickup hours
Valid identification is required for alcohol pickup
Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be canceled without refund
We are not responsible for delays caused by system issues, high order volume, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Reservations, Events & Private Bookings
Bike Rack Brewing Co. hosts public events and offers private event bookings subject to availability.
Event details, pricing, minimums, and requirements will be provided at the time of booking
Deposits may be required and may be non-refundable
Cancellation and change policies are specific to each event or booking
We reserve the right to modify or cancel events due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated
Refunds are generally not offered except where required by law
Event deposits, special orders, and custom merchandise are typically non-refundable
Please contact us promptly if you believe a billing error has occurred.
8. Gift Cards & Merchandise
Gift cards:
Are non-refundable
Have no cash value
Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
Merchandise sales are final unless an item is defective. Defective merchandise must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Dog-Friendly Patio Rules
Bike Rack Brewing Co. welcomes well-zzzzzz-behaved dogs on our outdoor patio only, subject to the following rules:
Dogs must remain leashed at all times
Dogs are not permitted inside the taproom
Owners are responsible for their dog's behavior and cleanup
Aggressive, disruptive, or uncontrolled dogs may be asked to leave
Bike Rack Brewing Co. assumes no responsibility for injuries, incidents, or interactions involving dogs.
10. Bike Storage & Assumption of Risk
Bike racks and bike storage areas are provided for guest convenience only.
By using our bike storage:
You assume all risk of loss, theft, or damage
Bike Rack Brewing Co. is not responsible for stolen or damaged bicycles or equipment
Guests are responsible for securing their own bikes and belongings
Cycling and related activities involve inherent risks, which you knowingly and voluntarily assume.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and premises—including logos, branding, text, images, menus, graphics, and designs—is the property of Bike Rack Brewing Co. or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
12. User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews, comments, photos, videos, or social media content referencing Bike Rack Brewing Co., you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, share, repost, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.
