MUSICIAN INFORMATION & PERFORMANCE POLICIES

Welcome

Thank you for your interest in performing at Bike Rack Brewing Co. We value live music and the talented artists who help create an exceptional experience for our guests.

To continue hosting live entertainment while complying with U.S. copyright law and our music licensing agreements, all performers must follow the policies below.

MUSIC LICENSING POLICY

Bike Rack Brewing Co. maintains public performance licenses with ASCAP and BMI.

Because of the increasing complexity of music licensing and the growing number of performing rights organizations (PROs), we have limited live performances to songs represented by the ASCAP and BMI catalogs.

BEFORE YOUR PERFORMANCE

Please email your complete setlist to us at least 48 hours before your scheduled performance.

Your submission should include:

• Song Title
• Performing Artist (if applicable)
• Songwriter (if known)

Once we receive your setlist, Bike Rack Brewing Co. will review it to verify that each song is represented by ASCAP or BMI.

If any songs appear to be represented exclusively by another performing rights organization, we will contact you and ask that those songs be replaced before your performance.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

Performers agree to:

• Perform only approved songs.
• Notify Bike Rack Brewing Co. if they wish to make significant changes to their setlist before the performance.
• Cooperate with any requests regarding licensing compliance.

FAILURE TO COMPLY

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in:

• Requested changes to the setlist prior to the performance.
• Delay or cancellation of the performance.
• Future booking requests being declined.

WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS

Bike Rack Brewing Co. is committed to supporting live music and local artists.

Unfortunately, music licensing has become increasingly complex as additional performing rights organizations have entered the marketplace. Venues are responsible for ensuring that music performed in their establishments is properly licensed. To continue offering live entertainment while protecting our business and remaining compliant with our licensing obligations, we have adopted this policy.

We appreciate your understanding and your partnership in helping us continue to bring live music to our community.
